My Year of Travel Newsletter
Join me on my third year of traveling full-time as I pivot from my two years of sailing into a career in writing.
September 13th, 2024
Hello, Fellow Travelers, and Happy Friday,
I hope you all are having a wonderful week!
I recently took an unplanned two-week hiatus from writing as we traveled from Mostar to a conference in Montenegro and then back to Germany before embarking on the next leg of our journey.

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed Mostar, with its charming architecture reminiscent of a small medieval town. I wish to explore it further, as I only scratched the surface of what Bosnia has to offer.
The conference in Montenegro was incredibly educational but also socially exhausting for me as a newcomer to the group. Meeting so many new people in such a short time was quite overwhelming.
As someone with ADHD, I often struggle with “shiny object syndrome,” getting inspired by others’ creations and feeling distracted by the endless possibilities. It was a relief to have some downtime in Germany, where I spent the week meditating and refocusing on my goals as we approach the end of 2024.
Now, we’re in Andorra for another conference. This time, I’m taking it easy since it’s all in German, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to focus on my own goals.
With just three and a half months left in the year, we have a lot of travel ahead. I hope you’ll stay with us for the ride!
